In an effort to comply with Act 605 of 2021, Clark County Country Water Facilities Board passed a Resolution increasing water rates effective February 1, 2025, and again January 1, 2026. See Resolution below.
Monthly Bills
Bills are mailed out on the last day of the month and the bill is due on receipt. After the 15th day of the month your bill will be considered past due and a 10% penalty will be added. There will be no further notice.
